After being up forever I finally arrived in Rome yesterday, though I have to say that I am thankful after the whirlwind ride my driver took me on. I have a great apartment about 15 mins away from campus and the Campo di fiori, it is two bedroom two bath, kitchen, dinning room and washer. We are a stones throw away from the Trevi fountain. I fell asleep last night to the sound of water running, it was pretty cool. Haven't had the oppertunity to get into too much trouble yet. Since I only have to attend half the classes each day my roomates and I will likely venture out and get acquanted with our neighborhood and the city. I have a feeling that this trip will live up to the hype. A large group of us did go out last night but we did not stay out that late because of an early morning orientation. I am still adjusting to the time change I woke up a 6 am, and if you know me at all you realize that only happens every 10 years or so. But I got showered and did some reading that I needed to catch up on. This certainly is unlike what I could have imagined. Thats really all I have for now and I will update again soon. Ciao tutti!
