Day 12

Left Spoleto early to drive to Villa Dievole; good thing because the GPS for some reason was keeping us on the back roads: twisty and windy roads. Andree got finally tired of it and found her way to the highway to realize while we were having lunch that the reason for that, was that the GPS was still programmed for pedestrians.

We finally made it to Dievole, tired but very happy. We checked in; it was a nice place. We made all the reservations for suppers, wine tours etc. etc. except for Sunday: they don't feed their residents on Sundays and we did not know about it... So on that Satuday, we had a lovely supper and happily retired to our suite.
