Well, I'm certainly hoping that you do indeed have internet in Umbria - I really love hearing from you two and getting the scoop in a timely fashion!
Saturnia looks amazing!!!!!!!!!

Hi there. I'm really enjoying reading your adventures every day and totally impressed that you're driving yourselves. Your blog is bringing back memories of our trip in May. I laugh when I read your comments about breakfast because we are really early risers and I don't think we had one bad breakfast. Could it be you're sleeping in too long and all the good stuff is gone? (ha,ha).Y ou're right about the winding roads - Gord probably has the same mindset as Ed. He just loved driving there - the more hills and twists and turns the better he liked it (not all of his passengers felt the same). If you're going to get up around the beautiful Lake Como/Bellagio area, there's lots of that kind of road getting there. Of course, you just might see George Clooney - he's supposed to have a house there!!!
Ron and Madonna say hello, Jo. They don't have their computer yet so I'm giving them your news. They're glad you're having a good trip. Of course, I am not allowed to say in public the message Ron had for you......he's so bad - even if he is my brother.
Stay safe.
Brenda

Hello ladies!
Just make sure there are no drugs in those little trinkets! If you hadn't mentioned the police woman I wouldn't have thought of it, but that makes me wonder. But it could have simply been a very nice gesture, and odd happenings like that are always really nice to recall.
Really glad to hear you've both been relaxing! So mom, you can kind of edit that part of my e-mail to you.
Take care!
Joanne
I'm checking the site every day and am loving your photos and your blogs! It's so fantastic that you are taking the time to keep us all updated. I am delighted at your moxie ladies - driving in Italy?! It sounds like such a wonderful adventure! Jo - you bring me to tears with the photos of me and Chelsa. I love you for making sure we got to travel around Italy with you :) I'm going on the next trip no matter what!!
Stay safe beauties! Joanne xoxox
