October 1, 2012 - Arrrr Matey!
Since the weather is so hot in the afternoon, we thought it best to plan our excursions in the morning and then Mateo could nap in the afternoon. So for our second day we thought we'd tackle a mini put with our boy. Orlando is the mini put capital of the world so we didn't have any trouble finding one nearby - this one pirate themed! When Mateo went to take his first swing I said "Okay Mati hit it in the hole" and he picked up the ball and put it 2" from the hole and took the swing from there! Can't remember if he made the shot, but it was funny nonetheless! Mateo knew which coloured balls were whose and he was quick to get them out of the holes and hand them to us. We "played" the full 18 holes and had a blast!
Another epic nap in the afternoon for Mateo, but this time it was Ben's turn to go shopping, so I enjoyed my book while drinking a beer on our screened-in balcony :)
That night we had dinner and Mateo played in the park. After he went down for the night I took the familiar path to the outlets - imagine how happy I was when I discovered they were open until 11:00!!!
