Happy New Year!!!

Well, 2007 is now upon us, and I cant believe that in two weeks time I'll be at home!!!! Been having such a great time I dont want to come back! It honestly only seems like last week that Mum & Dad drove me to the airport - quite scary how 6 months can just fly by - but time really DOES fly when you're having fun!!!

Anyway, the fireworks on New Years Eve were AMAZING. There were about six or seven sets and we could see at least three from where we were. And they all went off at exactly the same time! Awesome.

Been moving around from Double Bay to the Base Hostel in the city (behind Town Hall) to Manly and back to Base again. Have changed my OZ Experience bus ticket and am able to go back up the coast and do the part of the ticket I couldnt do because I flew from Brisbane to Sydney (the borderline pneumonia is much better now, thank you!). I leave Sydney on Monday! Will really miss Beth (she flies to Perth on the same day) and also Jane. I hope I make some new friends on the OZ bus!! I'm sure I will....

What else have I been up to..... Check out the photos to see what, which includes meeting up with David today, and also one day last week (Dave who I met in Melbourne on a day trip on the Great Ocean Road) and that was good to catch up with him. Also been to the cinema with Jane - watched "The Holiday" and it was very good! Really enjoyed it... what I didnt enjoy though was tripping up the stairs (ouch!) in front of everyone while looking for somewhere to sit! Whoopsie!
