First thing I'll do is start off telling a little bit about where I'm staying while I'm studying for the semester at Kingston University. The town, while the locals consider it small (though I guess it is small for the greater london area), is actually quite large in comparison to American suburbs. In fact it dwarfs Romeo possibly 10 fold, and has a more active night life than Grand Rapids. That may be to the ridiculously high student population, where as Grand Valley is mostly composed of commuters. Also Kingston, though very British in its style and culture, is a multicultural hub, having people from all over the world live and work there, and this is not just composed of international students such as myself, but people of all ages and backgrounds in all shades of life.
