Day 2:

Today I woke up to natural sunlight! But it was 3am so I went back to sleep and waited till my alarm went off. Anders made breakfast and tea, and showed me how to take the train to class and how to get my train pass. I then had my formal orientation including a live strings orchestra to play two songs for us, Tagen Letter (Morning Mist) and Tango Jalousie. We then had lunch at school and then proceeded on a boat tour. To end the day we were seperated into our individual design groups (I am Scandinavian Furniture) to further discuss our syllabus. Our project was chosen for us at random, we will be making a chair out of either wood, veneer, metal bars, or metal tubing. I was chosen for wood. Tomorrow is our first official day of class with our groups. I later went home to do some reading for class and decided to take it easy tonight.
