Hello everyone,

Sorry it has been a couple of days. This week has been busy with work starting and all. My job is a little boring right now, but they were finishing up a bid for a big grant this week and were pretty busy with that. I'm supposed to start a lot of my stuff next week so that should be more exciting! Everyone is really nice so far which makes it a very comfortable place to work.

We did some sightseeing today along Kensington High Street (big shopping area as well) and we are going out to eat so we can get some real fish and chips :-) One of their bank holidays actually corresponds with Memorial Day this year as well so I get a nice long birthday weekend. We are going to try and make it to a couple museums tomorrow and Monday. The nice thing here is that a good majority of the big museums are free and the ones that are not usually give student discounts.
