Today started with a knocking on the side of Javelin. I thought we had already paid but went to investigate. It was Pauline Errey on her delivery trip from Carnavon to Portugal. She was dashing off to the showers before heading off across the Bay of Biscay. This is on a 32 foot boat, definitely one brave lady!
The boats are the remains of most of Camaret's fishing fleet. Everywhere we go in France and Britain has fishing ports who are having hard times.
