After having the windscreen replaced in Clare due to huge stone chip on the way across We depart Clare and head up the road for a short drive 100ks to Melrose.
Fantastic little town at the base of the Fliders Ranges small quaint and is the oldest town in the area
Camping at the showgrounds for 2 nights with open fires and an amazing peaceful view of Mount Remarkable
Spend our time here wandering around the town and seeing some great buildings like the original blunstone blacksmiths cottage which has been loveingly restored and converted into a cafe/B&B great meal and so interesting to see all the things from the past..
Quirky Cabin .. stubbled across these behind the local pub lol talk about someone using their imagination (see pics )
Lots of interesting old buildings to see for such a small place
Totally loved the visit here Now we head off to start exploring the York Peninsular SA
