Torquay was all about surfing - Billabong, Ripcurl, etc etc were all thought up by some Aussies here, and its also where the anual Ripcurl surf contest is held, on Bells Beach. We rocked up in our van, and hit the surf pretty much straight away. After a good few hours in the waves we checked out a place called Surf City.
