Day two on boat. I woke up at sunrise as the call to prayer echoed across the water. I started the day with a swim in very very clear water. Then breakfast. Then another swim. A nap. Lunch. Another swim. An icecream (some enterprising guy had icecream on a boat and goes around to different boats) and another swim. We then docked at Kekova Island to visit Simena Castle at the top. It was nice to stretch my legs and see the amazing view from the top.
I should mention the prevelance of pottery found on the seabed floor. Ancient Lycian cities have crumbled into the water. Over time little more than walls and the odd arch remains, parts of which you can see under the water.
The day was finished with a beautiful dinner and some spirited turkish folk dancing.
