Look at this view! Wanaka is a beautiful little town. We're staying at a hostel called the Purple Cow and this is what we get to look at every day! I also bumped into an old school friend the other day in the supermarket so that was completly random! Haven't seen him since i left school but he's living and working over here with his girlfriend now. The first couple of days we were in Wanaka it was raining but yesterday and today have massivly improved and the sun is out! So we spent yesterday on the lakefront relaxing! No doubt today will be the same. There's a few walks round the lake that we will be doing but were going to wait until it's not as hot. Yesterday was our SECOND skydive, over lake Wakana and the Mt Cook, it was really breathtaking. We only did it from 12000ft this time so the freefall was over faster but it was still an amazing experience. I preferred the first skydive at Taupo where as Holly preferred the Wanaka one as she wasn't as scared and got to take more in. Because the buses are so full we can't catch a bus until next Tuesday but to be honest i'd rather spend my time here than in Queenstown as it's much cheaper here, plus it's more chilled out!
