Our first family Xmas day! We ended up waking Harper as we were so eager to give him presents and play. He got some lovely presents, the best being a beautiful hand-made Pinocchio puppet that Nin & Gramps bought for him in Prague.
After we had everything ready, Mum and I walked over to the Sheraton beauty salon and had our nails done. The dessert table for the Xmas buffet looked amazing!
Everyone came over about 1.30/2pm and brought all sorts of food, it was delicious. We had a Secret Santa which was fun.
In the evening, Al, Harper and I went to the Ibn Battuta mall and did some shopping. I bought the dress I'd tried on previously and a cute gift for my 'birthday kringle' baby. We both got a pair of shoes too. Not bad for a quick shopping expedition on Xmas night!
Baby: I'm pleasantly surprised with how well Harper adjusted to the time difference. He is waking early but having his naps at usual times and generally being much better behaved than he is at home. I think I might have a hard time with him when Al goes back to work as he has become used to having four people to play with.
Nappies: Huggies aren't the same in all countries, the ones we have from here are more plastic-y and a bit different shape. They have cute little cats and rabbits on them instead of commercial characters.
