The photo is of a Tuk Tuk, which we travelled in yesterday to go to Dusit Zoo! Rather ominous looking, and you have to hang on pretty tight, but it was a fun ride and we're finally getting used to haggling a bit, quite the done thing in Thailand!
Today I bought a bracelet and haggled for it, knocking it down from 280 to 200 baht, a saving of about 1.50 but I was proud of myself!!
This evening has been good, we went out for a very spicy thai green curry which I'm sure I can still taste. Washing it down with some beer made it a bit easier though!
This morning was not quite as fun, woke up feeling very homesick and as such didn't do anything for quite a long time. Emma and Gaelle went to a temple which looked awesome in the pictures, and I am slightly annoyed that I didn't have the get-up-and-go about me this morning, but I'm sure it was a one-off. Anyway, Thailand is full of temples and we're going to Angkor Wat next week which will be awesome, so I'm not feeling too disheartened.
Pictures of the zoo will appear at some point, lots of animals through cages pics though, the usual deal, so you're not missing out on too much :)
We are moving to a different hotel to start our tour tomorrow, a change of scenery will be much appreciated!
