I hope the names for the kiwi bus are still in use, eg big green f*** bus, the f*** truck etc. Proper 18-30....lovely. nice to get away from it if you can! ARGHHHH I found out what is wrong with Susan... it's sooo distressing. However, it has not been broadcast on English TV yet, so won't ruin the surprise for everyone.
I do not have your e-mail address, as in your new posh one that isn't spankadelicious. But, you wanted to know my exam results, got them Monday, 71.6. Booooossshhh.
Hope you're ok. I am increasingly jealous of you. Sooooo bored of working!

Right then ming face, what's been happening here. The French' prime minister divorced his wife and has got married again already; tv is especially bad because the writer's strike is still on and as Warl noted there are spectacular programs on - there is one where they take a really really fat person and an anorexic person and they make them swap diets for the week. It isn't the highlight of my telly week, I'll be honest. I have been enjoying 'kill it, cook it, eat it' which, frankly, does exactly what it says on the tin by doing all of the above with a live animal each week.
Ok, so these angora rabbits i) can you please go back and pick me up some fur as I'm looking to get an angora jumper, preferably in black, please. ii) if we keep shaving these rabbits til kingdom come, what will happen to natural selection? Hmmmmm? Read Dawkins much? (Intellectual reference; you probably wouldn't get it Carly).
I'm going down to London tomorrow to see some family and Carly, and then my friend from Canada (Luke - remember him from my emails?) is coming to stay on Friday. Busy busy - oh and next week I'm going to Dublin with Luke to see our other friend Mai. I have zero dollar at the moment, but don't really care as I have no mortgage and no kids so life can't be too financially restricted now, can it?
Wales won the rugby last weekend (it is the six nations at the moment). Well, I say Wales won, it's more like England lost through some second-half bad decision making and throwing away the ball. Wilkinson didn't make great decisions. The backs in the first half did some great play where they communicated well, took advantage of the space available and got some lovely tries in.
I'll keep you updated. I *love* reading your posts, please keep writing! AND LET US KNOW WHERE YOU'LL BE SO WE CAN SEND YOU POST. OK?
Sarah Bradshaw

So glad that you are having such a great time. Well done for doing the sky dive! I had a feeling that glow worms glowed to attract the females, a sort of phototechnic after-shave. Hilary C. is just ahead Obama in the Democratic nomination, but it's fascinatingly close. England lost the rugby against Wales having looked as if they were going to win easily! I agree your blog is great - it's the subtle use of words that gets me! Love you! xx
Tim

Hi Mancock!! I'm absolutely loving your blog! It's like an episode of Hollyoaks or something, I get really excited when I see you've posted a new one and I sit and read them out to Ali. It's like Jackanories corner in our house and we both love your Island facts! Well I'm very impressed with your skydiving, the pics look amazing! Oh and I liked the one of the ship that had been blown inland, very dramatic! Keep us updated on the facts Mancock, I like to impress my work colleagues with them. They particularly enjoyed the glow worm info! I feel I should also thank Carly too, as I no longer have to buy my trashy magazines to get my celeb gossip. So not only am I getting a fact filled education, I'm also getting my dose of gossip! Bargain!!Had a fab night out with Jules the other night, we did lots of special needs shots in your honour! Ok must get back to work now. Well have fun and stay safe - Miss you xxx
Carly
Oh my GOD Katie, I am amazed you did it!!! You'll be scrambling to climb out of the plane and ride the wings now when you fly, never mind being scared!! I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to my skydiving bandwagon.
SSSNNNNIIIIFFFFFFFFFFF
On the more sober hobnob note, there was about one million billion tons of wood for furniture washed up on a beach in the south of england a couple of weeks ago after a ship crash (can you have a ship crash, or does that just apply to cars??) and I bet they are WELL gutted that they got crappy wood and some other people got biscuits. Unlucky! xxx
