After leaving Windsor at 7am this morning, we finally arrived at Sunshine Suites at around 1.30am GMT. The day involved a lot of waiting, a little more waiting and then quite a bit of sitting with a little waiting thrown in for good measure. Actually, the flight was good and the food pretty acceptable for plane grub.

So far we've checked in and visited the local restaurant where we had the most fabulous meal. This consisted of a Naked Wahoo and Mushroom Bites starter, followed by the world famous Island Fish Tacos. These were washed down with the Cayman's infamous Painkiller. Both the meal and the cocktail were divine and accompanied by great service.

Now, tucked up in bed, fan running (I hear This Is the End by The Doors each time a look up at it) and hopefully a good nights sleep followed by a day of exploring tomorrow.

Oh, and it's HOT!!!
