I'm alive! But my computer is not :( so that's what's up with the lack of new blogs. I've decided to slowly type on my phone to update yall.

I'VE BEEN HERE FOR OVER A MONTH! A lot has happened that I'm sure I'm going to leave out, but here's the gist:
It's finally spring here! So goodbye cold weather and homesickness and helloooo flowers and beaches. Since I'm free from 9 - 4 and most of my friends have class during that time I usually go to the beach or somewhere to read or study. I'm reading harry potter in Spanish, which is painfully slow, and am about to finish 'the girl who....' series, so basically I average 200 pages a day. (any book suggestions welcomed!!) The weekends I am extremely busy with fun stuff and my friend and I pretty much have the rest of our weekends planned out with activities.

My host family is still very nice although I don't eat dinner with them anymore. I love trying their food, but I just can't eat at 9/10 pm. They do only speak to me in Spanish now, so that is helping me some.

I really am loving it here and am starting to think I'm running out of time! I meannn I am missing people like crazy (especially leeloo) and am still counting down the days till Michael gets here but I don't find myself feeling homesick as much anymore. Hard to miss college station when you're in placa Espanya, montjuic! (google it.)

I miss everybody and will try to write more often :)
