I had to wake up nice and early this morning to check out of my hostel in Rio to take a taxi to the airport....next stop, Buenos Aires!

I was quite sad to be leaving Rio, it's such a vibrant city and there wasn't a dull moment the entire time I was there, but my internal organs really needed a break so it was definitely time to move on. The flight to B.A was only 3 hours and I touched down in the afternoon. The weather today was really s***ty, which is the first real rain I have seen since the Ecuadorian Amazon 2 months ago. I checked into my new hostel - Milhouse, and got some food delivered - they do that here! This hostel is really massive - about 6 floors and looking at the weekly party schedule, I'm afraid the old liver has to hold out a few more days yet, because every day looks like a ridiculously good party! I went and had a few beers with my roomies....next minute I'm home at 5am.
