We woke up to the sound of the rain hitting the caravan hard but it didn't matter because we were booked on our bus tour of the winery's, cheese factory and chocolate factory. We had pancakes for breakfast. The bus picked us up at quarter to eleven for our first winery. It was called Woody Nooks. Mum and dad tasted wine samples. Our second winery was called Evans and Tate. There was a dog called crystal that played with me and Isabelle while mum and dad sampled. We had bush tucker for lunch here. It included bush turkey, crocodile (tasted like chicken), kangaroo (very strong and chewy) and corned beef. On the side it had olives, chutney, pesto and wattle seed bread. But worst of all there was witchety grubs for dessert. Everyone had one except Isabelle. It tasted like mush. Next was another winery where we got to sample nougat before the cheese factory. The cheese factory had some of the nicest samples of cheese ever. The chocolate factory had samples of white, milk and dark chocolate buttons. We had afternoon tea here. We went to the pub where we played jenga with giant blocks. I won most of the time. Dad sampled the beer while me and Isabelle had a lemon lime and bitter. Our final stop was the grove a cocktail place. We came home to feed the animals and played cards. We had a very busy day in the Margaret River.
