We started off the day with a fish from the same spot as yesterday but the conditions weren't the same. It was windy, rough and so weedy. We got 7 keeper garfish and a few baby's. The fishing took us to lunch time. We got back and me and dad booked a fishing charter for tomorrow. We're both very excited. We drove to cape range national park and went to three snorkeling spots. Lake side, turquoise bay and oyster stacks. The three spots were all part of the ningaloo reef. At lake side there were so many different fish and coral types. In turquoise bay the current was so strong we couldn't go out far so we drifted along and lots of small coral fish swam with us. We also saw a sting ray with a tail that was over 1 metre long. My favourite was the oyster stacks. We had to climb in to the water off some rocks and underwater was so colourful. There were so many different types of coral and fish. We saw a giant blue starfish under a rock. We swam right through the middle of a school of baitfish. It was amazing. We plan to watch the state of origin tonight.
