After a lie in we decide to head to the shopping area of Singapore, Orchard Road. It really was very impressive, massive shopping malls stretching down the road, all interconnected with underground walkways that turn the process of orienteering in to a nightmare. This morning Miao arrives in Singapore and so I am up early to go to the airport and meet her. when I say early, her flight get in at 7.30, so I am up and in a taxi extremely early, what joy. I get to the airport and it is one of the nicest airports that I have ever been in, not that I am surprised, it is Singapore after all. Up early and check out of the hostel, then make my way to the TBS to get a bus to Singapore. There are many buses a day so I haven't booked in advance, should be ok just to get the ticket on arrival. I feel like I have been in this bus station so many times, I get up to the desk and get my bus booked, I have an hour until departure, so a bite to eat is in order.
