I get woken up early by the AC being turned off. Apparently it only operates from 6pm to 10am, so you pay extra for an AC dorm, but don't get AC, brilliant! I could really have done with some more sleep today, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. So I trail myself up and decide that I probably need a shower, based on the fact I am still wearing my clothes from yesterday.

We head out to try and change some of our Vietnamese Dong, it's not going to be much use here. Problem is I have a lot of it from my Moto sale. Hopefully I'll be able to negotiate a good rate based on the amount. Unfortunately the amount that I have has no effect on the rate, and so after trying a few places I just get my Dong changed to Dollars. The use both currencies here, Reil and dollar, it's pretty confusing I have to say, trying to work it all out.

After changing our money we go to get a coffee. Instantly miss Vietnam when I get presented with what tastes like watered down instant coffee, instead of the dark bitter Vietnamese black nectar that I am used to. While we sit there on the riverside I observe some of the differences between here and where I have come from. People are a lot darker here, significantly so. The tuk tuk is king here, they are everywhere and it is difficult to find a Moto. I had heard that Cambodian people are supposed to be more friendly, yet this has not been my initial experience. Early days yet, it normally takes me a while to adjust to a country, so this is ok.

Elias isn't feeling the best today, he thinks he is just tired, I think it is because he is French. But we both agree he needs to sleep it off. He heads to bed and I chill downstairs. It's not long before I get chatting to a Norwegian, Lesse and a German, Janine. We head out for dinner. Decide to try and walk far away from the tourist spots and see if we can find some good Cambodian food at a good price. We get somewhere well priced and get eating. After eats Janine wants to head out, but I'm not feeling any of that so Lesse and I play some pool across the street and have an early night.
