I wrote a bunch about the museum yesterday, and cannot find it anywhere! Also part of the problem is that if I write something on the iPhone, it doesn't show up on the iPad - however, all the pictures are on the iPhone, so it is difficult to - or I haven't yet learned how to - put them both together...
But back to the VNA .. huge collection, 6 floors, walking the whole exhibit would be like walking 7 miles! But we saw amazing jewelry - tiaras were gorgeous! A glass exhibit, ironworks, costumes/fashion, pottery/ceramics, statuary, and shoes!! The exhibit was called Pleasure and Pain. I could definitely identify ... We spent the entire afternoon there, and exhausted, we stopped at the cafe in the VNA and it was beautiful, and a nice respite. Joey had a scone, and tried clotted cream hesitantly, but once tried, he was all about it! By the time we got back to the apartment, we were exhausted, and not interested in going out to dinner! So luckily we shopped this morning and had breakfast food in the kitchen. Early to bed means we can get an earlier start tomorrow - hopefully!

Lotte I was told London has a Whole Food Market, too. I changed my email address. Continue with your fun adventure.
Henry H. vicki-- can you grab that tiara for me?... xo.
Bob Latter How can it be that ANYONE does not like clotted cream? I discovered it in Devonshire (where it was invented) in 1971. I've not been able to get enough of it since. Fortunately Santa Monica is full of clotted-cream-loving Brits so I can find it in British delis there.
