Today was a day of reorganization. We changed rooms in our hotel, I realized that I had sent home all my long black pants when Joey and I packed up a suitcase and mailed it home from Venice, So I tried to go out totally cool store and buy some new long pants- But after trying on clothes for about an hour it turns out they couldn't hem them until Monday (and we leave town on Sunday) so I walked away. Tom and Serene at that point took the train up to Horb, Germany to join their family members, so we are now on our own. We were planning to go back to our favorite restaurant for lunch but it started raining-So we just ducked into a little restaurant next door to Our hotel. Serene had been spending a couple of meals wanting to find gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce to no avail. I laughed when I saw it on the menu at the restaurant right next door to our hotel, And I ordered it in Serene's honor. Joey ordered the pesto which is a specialty of Genoa, And about halfway through we traded dishes. Then we decided that on Sunday we were going to go up to Germany to Freiburg to hang out with Lotte, our old neighbor from Hollywood, So we went to the train station to find out what the train schedule was and buy the tickets. Man European trains are expensive! After paying for the train tickets we went back to the hotel, And instead of going to dinner we did a happy hour at the same restaurant near the hotel, Mua. The drinks we chose were called Agave Suave, And were quite good. The buffet was extensive and in parts were tasty; oddly the pasta was the least successful dish. Back to the hotel to watch Skyfall on our iPad - And for some reason we don't have enough space on the iPad to download the movie. So once again we are watching CNN, And wondering when that damned royal baby is going to get born. The question of the day: Will we actually go to Cinque 10 tomorrow? Standby.
