Last months in the UK.... I have had some great fun in the last few months, making the most of the lovely England - spending time in Cheltenham, Swanage, mountain biking in the Forest of Dean and Afan in Wales, taking part in the BT Swimathon as one of "The Crows", watching the 6-nations (a priority of course!) and making a few trips to London.
