we stayed at the YHA in Noosa which was the nicest place in town, closest to the beach which was good, we got put in the 12 bed dorm, which was cool, as it had its own little veranda. we played many a game of cards and even headed out to the local surf club one night for a round of kareoke. we spent most of the 5 days we stayed in noosa at the beach the sea was really clear you could see the fish swimming around at ur feet, which freaked helen out a bit! took a walk through the national park one day hoping to catch a glimpse of some koalas, but to no avail. we took the walk along the coast down to hells gates then came back through the rainforest which was cool, we stopped for lunch on alexandra bay which we thought was a nudist beach as we saw a nudist man, but think he was just the exception!! nice national park though.
