26th - 27th - 28th; There has been so little going on worth writing down over the last few days I might as well just cover them all in one blog. There has been absolutely no surf until today (28th). There has been the standard NE Sea Breeze every day, kicking in by about 9am. With no ground swell around the only 'waves' have been 1/2ft wind chop, so it's been virtually unsurfable. The water however is still very nice and warm, so it's been nice to just go out ...

So it was back into GHQ routine again this morning, with everyone waking up about 6/6:30am, having been able to crash in there last night. I managed to sneak breakfast with everyone else too, then went to see what the surf was doing...and it was pretty useless. The report for the next week while I'm here looks less than encouraging, probably going be flat out the front most the time, but may be a wave on Mullaway and the more open beaches. Well tonight was probably my last night sleeping in the car.. I'll crash at Craig's tomorrow night, in GHQ at Spot X after that and then I will be 'home' back in Queensland. This morning I woke up some time a little after sunrise, I guess about 6am ish. I got my breakfast and went and checked the surf whilst eating. It was offshore, and 5-6ft+, but there didn't seem to really be any banks, and it was mainly closing out. Having watched it for about 15 minutes and didnt see the 3 guys out getting much I briefly considered going elsewhere.
