Another early morning walk through Harrisburg. Went to the Pennsylvania Capitol building which was dedicated in 1906, built and furnished at a cost of $13 million. One of the Capitol's most noteworthy features are the colorful Moravian tiles that cover the floor of the Rotunda, 400 mosaic tiles illustrating the states history, animals, occupations amd modes of transportation. It was really amazing to see the architecture of all the buildings. The sale day was long and we didn't bid on anything today but looked at lots of horses. We went to Dodge City for supper- a steakhouse that was featured on Restaurant Impossible, a makeover show. We had a really wonderful dinner and the owner Tony came out and talked to all the patrons. Joyce is feeling much better and her cold is almost gone.
