Well today i have bad news...

I ended up falling ill last night with a stomach bug and this morning felt terrible... so was unable to go to Pokhara could you think of anything worst than being on a bus for 6 hrs needing the toilet!!

So i made the descion to stay for a few days and get better... I hope i did not upset Ngima too much.

So thats me for today... Poorly just my luck i get ill when i am really looking forward to something!!

Anyway positive thinking pacients in a virtue...

i hope i get better soon
