We left Pambula, passing through Bega onto our next stop, Bermagui. A quiet little fishing town right on the coast, we spent a couple of days here not doing much at all. Yes we have just about perfected "not doing much" by now, there'd be something wrong if we hadn't. Had a lovely dinner one night at a local restaurant that was recommended to us by Trey and her friend Kenny. Probably the most we did whilst at Bermagui, except walk to the tackle store on the other side of town!
Next stop didn't see us getting very far up the coast - Narooma. Neither of us had been here before and we both fell in love with it, not wanting to leave. And to make leaving even harder, Lea ran into an old mate Greg, who just happened to be a manager at the local bowlo. It didn't help that he shouted us many beers whilst we watched the cricket on the big screen. Nor that he invited us to a bbq at his place, where we dined on kingfish steaks and the boys drank a crateful of home brew beers. I think Lee is really starting to like this place, we've got to get out before we get stuck here!
