One we finally extricated ourselves from Narooma, we made a B-line for Jervis Bay, enjoying the stunning South Coast scenery on the way. We stocked up supplies in Batemans Bay and arrived at Booderee National Park in the afternoon.
We had previously booked our campsite as it's the only way you can get a spot there. Deefa26 was set up in its own campsite for the last time on our epic journey, and a great spot it was. Nestled in the bush, a short stroll to the beach, which we found to be home to some nice sized bream and whiting - mmm, lunch. The next couple of days were spent visiting the surrounds, including lunch and dinner in Huskisson, checking out the rest of the Booderee National Park and swimming at the incredibly white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay.
We extended our stay here out to 3 days as the realisation of going home set in, however every great journey must end sometime. So our last pack up was a very thorough affair, with a well deserved clean up. Next stop, HOME!
