Today was probably my highlight of the trip. We passed a small yard and building saying 'Kangaroo Rescue Centre- $5 to hold the Joeys!!!!!!!!! The guy runs the place as a charity and is looking after 7 baby roo's at the moment (mums hit by cars). I got to hold two different Joeys about 7 months old, most of the roos were jumping around the yard, but liked jumping in pillowcases and being held (like in the pouch)!!!!
