PARIS

Well we are in Paris before we move on to Brussels in the morning. First off Barcelona was fantastic we were pretty much drunk the whole time! Did the pub crawl on Tuesday night and it was a hoot. It started off bad cos the flyer said get to the Queen Vic pub for 9.30pm where the fun will start.....but it didn`t. The pub had about 10 people in and no-one was there for the pub crawl i`ll be honest we were gutted!! So we had a few beers in there and headed to a sqaure full of bars and restaurants and picked a random bar......well it was only the pub crawl in there..GET IN!!! Apparently they have moved where it starts from but no-one told us. So off we went into the Barcelona night from bar to bar getting hammered, they gave out free shots of tequila, sambuca and vodka from a water pistol....well worth the money. Needless to say daz and joe were legless hence the reason we arrived home seperately to our hostel (but safely). Wednesday morning we woke up feeling like s*** and went for a wander down to the port. By accident we found the nightclub we were at the night before which Daz couldn`t remember but thanks to Joe and his great memory we saw the place in daylight. Next was the Zoo and twas amazing, seen all the usual stuff but then went to watch a dolphin show....we were both impressed!! We then went out again on the night-time and had planned an early night but that went out the window as we bought some beers and started drinking on our hostel terrace at 6pm! Then it was the same old same old...beer after beer (including a massive stein) and we were hammered again, so we thought there is no point stopping there lets go clubbing and we did!! Arrived back at our hostel around 4.30am and were up again at 8am (should have been 7am)....feeling like s***e in the morning by the way and of course woke evry-one up again cos we couldn`t find the alarm to switch it off for ages...ooops!

Thursday was a day of travelling from Barcelona to Paris and involved 3 different trains, we left the hostel in Barcelona at 8pm and arrived in the Paris hotel at around 10.30pm. Would have been later if we didn`t get help of some french dude who as luck would have it was walking round with a city A-Z map in his pocket...score! Did nothing last night, just got a bite to eat then went to kip. Today we have seen all the sights like the Eiffel tower and the Arc de triomphe and its bloody freezing! Going out tonight for few drinks and sample the paris nightlife and then heading to Brussels tomorrow, which should be cool cos the train is only an hour and half.
