Around the World (In 156 Days)
Glaciers! Yesterday we took a minibus to Parque National Los Glaciers. The main attraction is the Perito Morino glacier which ruptures frequently with a noise like thunder and observable chunks falling to the water with a splash and crash. Perito Moreno is special because it is one of the few glaciers remaining in the world that is advancing and not retreating. We also took an 7 hour boat ride to see the towering Spegazzini and Upsala glaciers in the park. The Spegazzini also showed some spectacular ice falls into the water with it being the highest glacier in the park at nearly 500 feet tall at the edge of the water.

Cheesehead Cool, I want to go there to see this. How do you find out these wonderful places and things to see? You surely have done your homework, David.
