1st Day at work!!!!

Its been a fun & eventful past week or so, attended my 2nd interview & got the job, which was good as I never went to any other inteviews or looked for any other position so whew! The job is in a call centre selling Life Insurance or maybe it should be called Death Insurance. Its Monday to Friday & right bang in the centre of the City so its 20minutes walk.

Last weekend, I met with Debs for lunch then went out with an Irish guy to wtach the rugby then to see the crazy Inverneasians, so Sunday was relaxed, I met with Nikky my topless waitress friend, Monday I went to the beach with Michaela, Tuesday, I met with Lisa who just quit her job so we got drunk as I got my job then, then at night we went to the pub quiz & won a $40 bar tab, so Wednesday Lisa, Kit my other flatmate & I went to Corunalla beach & got burnt but at night we went to play in a pool comp where I narrowly missed out on the prize money but these guys were good!

Thursday, Michaela & I went to the cinema & as it was Valentines day she chose a chick flick, "Music & Lyrics' with Hugh Grant & Drew Barrymore which I'm not ashamed to say I liked, hes got a good voice. Friday, Michaela & I went to the beach & met with these 2 German girls then at night I went out with one, Monika, she was really interesting but unfortunatel, she was leaving the following day (she had the look of Sharon Stone)

Saturday, Michaela & I went to the Chinese Markets, then for a drink then our flat went out with the girls downstairs to a bar where we got free drink . Sunday was a quiet one then went to Tropfest which is a short film festival of a maximium of 7 miunte duration with Nikky so happy days!

Sorry about this entry but I will enjoy looking back on this when I get back!
