Swedish Model & Topless Waitress

Its been a strange old week, but as usual intersting & very enjoyable. I have now moved out of that awful place in Glebe where Michaela & I were sharing with a dodgy Aussie that looked like Spike from Notting Hill! We are now staying in a 2 bed apartment with a Canadian couple Scottie & Kit. They seem a really nice couple & are getting on well, we are living between Kings Cross & Hyde Park because its soo central its really noisey & has no air conditioning but nevermind. I am sharing a room with Michaela which is a little strange as to be honest I don't really know her that well & we have a 3 month lease so hopefully we won't fall out! In saying that she is really nice, she was modeling for a make up company back in Stockholm before she came out & we seem to be having a good laugh.

We have found a good bottle shop near our apartment & have frequented it a few time since. Also, Michaela, Scottie, Kit & I have been to out local for a quiz night and we were also in the money though our last round we sucked, though its on weekly on a Tuesday then Wednesday, I had my first poker tournament which came shortly after my first poker lesson by Scottie a little earlier, I had an awesome 1st hand which trippled my money and though I didn't really know what I was doing I made it to the 2nd last table. It was free & you don't play for money but it was fun though people took it too seriously...

I still am looking for a job though went to do a bar course on Tuesday called a RSA (Responsible for Serving Alcohol) which is mandatory if you wish to work in a bar. The course which alright but got talking to an English girl so after the course we went for a drink, turns out she works as a topless waitress & does lingerie, after our drink Nikky wanted to go and look for shoes, though then we went lingerie shopping, this was a little strange standing in the shops while she tried outfits though not unpleasant. The yesterday, Nikky & I went to Manly beach which was an eye opener then went kayaking which was fun as it was a little windy & people ask "do you think your doing the right thing traveling?".
