Today has been a very productive day. Laura went for a interview for a job as a 'waitlist scheduler', i.e., telephoning people that were put on a waiting list for electricity meters fitting. She got invited for the interview yesterday, and was told she could start on Monday! Danny got rang up today by the recruitment company he signed up to last week; he's got an assignment at Bridgestone tyres for the rest of this week, maybe longer. So all in all a good day!...

So, after a journey taking nearly 40 hours: 5 hours on the Megabus from Halifax bus station to London Victoria coach station...2 hours travel to Paddington and dropping our bags at left luggage for the day...2.5 hours walk near Hyde Park to stretch our legs and find lunch (Subway of course!)...1.5 hours to go and pick up our luggage from Paddington and step onto the waiting train for a quick journey to Terminal 4....2 ho...
