Dear all,

Well this is it...im going! My flight from london is at 21:45..destination Bangkok!! Im very nervous but excited and have been overwhelmed by all your gestures and messages of kindness over the past week!

Work buddies: you know who you are...you are all top and i will miss you guys! Hope the change hasnt dampened any of your spirits...just make sure that the dream team (team 1) still have plenty of get togethers! would be a shame to see that go down the pan! I will be up for a reunion when i get back!

Friends: Thanks so much for a super night out on saturday...my god the pictures sum up the craziness of the night! Ill miss you all dearly. Tara...make sure you get your ass over to aus next year...Lemin Klemin!! Natalie...dont you dare get married without me and i could do with a pina coloda and a long straw right now!! haha, Morgan...dont work yourself too hard and say hi to james for me...its the big 10 next year!, Claire...dont abuse tariqs too much..i still want to go back there one day! oh n get saving and decide where you are gunna come and meet me! Hayley..thanks so much for all your help, support and advice...youve been an absolute star! hopefully will see you out there too!Faye, Rich and my beautiful god daughters...take care of yourselves...and please keep me updated...ill be bacl for pasta bake before you know it!! Katie and kat...was such a shame we didnt get to have that reunion...will have to make it a big one when me and flick return! Flick...im on my way beaut!! get ready! and to everyone i havent mentioned...please keep in touch guys!

Family: Sissy pants...you know i wont miss you...bye!!! haha. Only kidding...you better make sure we meet up and email me daily!! even if it is just telling me what scrummy meal mums cooked for tea! Bro...your pole dancing antics will stay with me for years to come! Thanks for a fabulous weekend! Will miss being your personal shopper! and by the way...ru behind the mysterious disappearence of my choccies?!! i found wrappers of evidence in your bed!! haha. Auntie Linda...will miss you and your crazy dog!! Take care of yourself and grandma for me...ill be sending regular updates! and last but by no means least... mum and dad...ill miss you both terribly and will think of you everyday! I love you all..i am truelly blessed to have such a supportive and loving family and will miss you all massively!

Sadness aside...i am doing this because it is something ive dreamed of doing for years!! I cannot wait to experience the best of what life has to offer me, meet people from all over the world and share memories that ill cherish forever. Ill always be contactable...probably more so than i am in this country!! I want you to all be assured that i'll be safe and probably having the time of my life!

It is very important to me that you all keep in touch...i want to hear about your stories as much as you will hear of mine!!
