On Arrival - We quickly picked up on things that are important in everyday Japanese life; Firstly, bottles of drink that look like refreshing apple juice are actually something more disgusting and not at all refreshing. Aviod. Secondly, if you bow at someone, they are more than likely going to bow back at you, starting a fierce bowing fued. Much fun is still to be had.
Asakusa - The district of Tokyo in which we stayed. Some nice temples just around the corner from the hostel we stayed at (The Asakusa Smile). There is also a bar on the 22nd floor of a building which is quite nice at night.
Tokyo Fish Market - Would not expect anyones visit to the fish market to be as funny as ours. They all drive about on little golf cart trolly things to trarnsport fish and get around. One man cause a queue by parking in the wrong place to load some fish onto his cart... Unfotunately for him, first in line behind was an evil looking man with an eye patch who chose to ram his cart out of the way (initially very funny to watch) but to add more humour to the situation, the man loading his fish hadn`t realised, so when he went to turn around and load his fish he pulled a stupid face and made a ridiculous sound to convey his surprise and confusion. Probably had to be there. That place also does very nice sushi.
Electric City - This place is riddled with technology shops, bright lights and hideous gaming arcades. The arcades are so loud and all the games suck but the japanese business men seem to love it and waste lots of money there.
