Nadi - We spent two nights in Nadi (maybe actually three) but this was just as a stopover on the way to another island or the airport. Melbourne - We spent a week here with the girls we met in Thailand. Ania´s parents are very interesting. Her dad, Boris, told us many stories of near death experiences each more impressive than the last. We went out a few times to see some sights here but used Melbourne as a half relaxation spot and half party town. Can´t really think of anything to write right now cos it´s late... might come back to this.

Gold Coast - We spent about a week here messing about. Found a nice spot with a shower by the beach, sushi bar up the road, and bought a fishing rod. This entertained us for ages. We drove around and found some good creeks to jump into and rocks to jump off etc etc, this is something that is good about having a van, we wouldn´t have found this area otherwise. Cairns - We landed here only to find out that in the rainy season it rains really damn hard. Consequently, we didn´t do much in Cairns, although there really isn´t much to do here.
