Woke up early for a stroll along the beach of Nha Trang and breakfast. At 8.30am our bus arrived to take us to Buon Me Thout to catch our flight to Hanoi. The journey took about 4.5 hours on the bus, with the driver beeping his horn incessantly all the way, we drove through the central highlands of Vietnam. After a short flight we jumped in a taxi to Alex's apartment! Alex was not very well but he insisted on taking us out for a few drinks, first stop was Finnegans bar for a pint then onto Vi's bar 'The Irish Wolfhound', Alex'a bar; Temple bar was next. We weren't in there for long before a fight started between some Vietnamese people and tables and chairs were flying everywhere! After a safe escape we went to a bar to meet one of Helena's old friends who is living and working in Hanoi. By this time we were rather steaming and Fuch Tan club was the last stop of the night! We had a good dance and decided to call it a night, Helena was sick outside the club and we jumped in a taxi to a noodle shop near Alex's for some early morning noodles.
