Hello! I am still alive! Its been awhile since I last blogged, mostley due to not having free internet access at my hostels and partly due to my scatter-brainedness and busy-ness. Since Rome Ive been in Sorrento for 4 days, then in Siena for 2 days and now Ive been in Florence for 2 days. Sorrento was a very nice seaside town. I stayed in Sant Agnello, which is the nexttown to Sorrento and did a boattrip out to the famour Blue Grotto and we saw Positano and Capri. I met a few girls down there and we did day trips to Naples to have the best margherita pizza ever in Da Micheles and also to see an archaeology museum with Pompeii relics. Actual Pompeii was much better. It was eveyrthing that Id hoped it would be. Also did a bus ride down the Amalfi coast right along the cliff edge to the town of Amalfi. Then I joined up with Busabout back in Rome and stopped of in Siena. Siena was good for a day trip but not for 2 days so I went to the hilltop village of San Gimignano which is vying for the title of worlds prettiest village in my books. I fell off a chair which was leaning precariously on the cobblestone road and took a table with me. That wasnt so pretty but didnt ruin my day!

Arrived in Florence not too long ago and did a winery tour yesterday through the Tuscany vineyards. Very picturesque and learnt a bit more about Italian culture. Theres also a funny story about mistaking a monastery for Piazzale Michelangelo and cheering for the sunset in the wrong location but I cant go into too much detail because my internet time is running out and every minute counts......
