It was a slow start to today.After getting my hair trimmed (yey,it really needed it!)I went into the city to book the rest of my oz tour.Unfortunately the lady I'd spoken to before hadn't give me the full picture so i ended up spending 3 hours of my day stuck in the visitor centre...however,now the rest of my australian trip is entirely booked and paid for.phew.We then headed off for a VERY late lunch in a little alley way in the city,with lots of cute little cafes and shops.we sat and had a savoury crepe outside,accompanied by a man on a guitar...very nice.After lunch we went shopping for sunglasses(very important!)and headed down to St Kilda,the coastal suburb of Melbourne.It was getting on for dusk when we arrived and so we got some gorgeous pictures out over the water,and then had dinner in a vegetarian restuarant called Soulmama overlooking the sea/ocean(??)Very pretty. This evening we went to see a musical comedy act called Tripod,as it's the Melbourne comedy festival at the moment, who were very very funny,and walking out we bumped into Mr Bob Geldof!!!!it was only about an hour later it suddenly hit me I'd had my camera on me and should have got a photo with him....grrrr!!!
