Arrived in Melbourne at 6.15 this morning,but immigration took so long we didn't get to Michelle's house (where I'm staying in Melbourne) til past 8am.I even had to declare my Whethers Originals through quarantine!! I gave in to my tiredness and slept for the morning,but this afternoon ventured out the house with Vicky to Chapel Street and Greville Street. Very upmarket streets with lots of nice shops and cafes.And trams (see picture...) This evening we went out to eat,and hopefully tomorrow we will head into the city to look around and browse through some of the markets too. Although not as unbearably hot as Singapore,it still feels nice and warm here to me, however obviously not compared to usual Oz weather because Michelle and Vicky reckon it's freezing...
