So today we did the Bondi to Coogee bay coastal walk which is a total of 6km long or just a little over 3 miles. The walk takes you along the coast and past 8 beaches. Although it was a bit cloudy the views were simply amazing and well worth the walk up and down steep stairs and up and down intense inclines/declines. My favourite beach out of the whole walk was most definatley Bronte Beach, we saw lots of locals surfing and I could of spent all day watching them, there was something very peaceful about it.
During the walk we came across waverly cemetery, there was something quite amazing about this place. The headstones were so amazing and big and there were thousands upon thousands dating back many years. Located on the cliffs of Bronte the cemetery is quite well known for being the final resting spot for many famous australians. Although myself and Karly could not think of any :-? .
The walk took us pretty much all day and am pretty sure we have buns of steel now. I most definately reccomend this walk to anyone who ventures this way. The sun was not out when we went and the views were still amazing. In fact breath taking.
