We made it to Byron Bay after our epic bus journey, surprisingly chirp. We made a quick turn around from our hostel to see what the Bay had to offer. We had the ultimate dinner at a restaurant called Rails, after that it was off to Cheeky Monkeys, taking a risk as it had infact been recommended by the ever strange Nic the Greek. Actually turned out to be lots of fun. Matt even winning a holiday to Fraser Island, after blowing up a balloon through the legs of one of the Kayote Ugly girls legs- very amusing! Then the Chally girls put every one else to shame on the dance floor!!!

We then had our first nights sleep on land in God knows how long- all of us still swaying

The next day ( i think the date is the 29th thou you seem to loose track) it was up bright and early. The hostels gave us bike to use and we cycled to the most Easterly point of Australia. It was just spectacular. We stopped off to look at the dolphins and take in the views. Both of us finding being on a bike very amusing- fear not we didn't fall off these this time!

The afternoon was spent surfing on one of the seven beaches-was just great fun. now very battered and bruised! although probably addicted to it!

Tonight we are off to Sydney, both still as excited as day one xxx
