For the third time of asking I am rewriting the blog due to me editing it into history. We had our gas safety check this morning, we thought we were in for problems as nothing complied with German regulations but in the end after he adjusted our burners we passed. We left in company with another UK flagged yacht with them out in front, we had a few minor problems with ropes and our spinnaker pole once sorted we were some way behind but soon started catching them as we had a steady F5, we were on a dead run, not the easiest point of sail. By 13.30 we had lost the wind and our speed was down to 3 Knots with an ETA of 23.00 so on went the engine, this was the point we saw our first Baltic Dolphin
