I worked so i didnt even think about it to be honest.I went for a brisk walk though that night, after work, & the sky was out of this world! A hugh mass of stars, all in one area like the sky had been sprayed with fairy dust, all twinkling & lighting up the sky.Ive never seen a formation of stars quite like that before.I thought maybe cupid as just shot his bow or something.......haha! Hi B!! Hope you have a nice valentines day!! ill not be getting anything as usual, oh apart from a lesbian at work called kelly, shes got me a card for tmrw.. Went to see Lynds yesterday. Still in a coma but responding to pain and some noise.. she moved her mouth and head when we played music to her... Once she can breathe on her own they are moving her a place called OCRM where they specialise in brain damaged people.. She will need 24 hr care for the rest of her life now. Its heart breaking Brooke, me and lucy were in bits, wiping her mouth when she slavered and things.. I feel i have to live my life to the full now and appreciate everything and everyone.. It could have been as ive been a culprit for drink driving in the past and driving with no seat beat... Im so ashamed of myself. Its affected our lucy really bad.. She cant stop crying and wants to come up every week to see her.. You live your life to the full out there sweetheart, im proud of you everyday for having the courage to do what youve done.. You only have one shot at life and your certainly living it.. I so wish i could turn back time to being about 20 and starting again.. Love you lots Gem xx

Hi people! I'm so sorry to hear about poor Lyndsey, I would be in deep shock by it all, if it were someone i was close too.All you can do is 'Hope!'. Im finding it more boring as the days pass by & i can feel mysef becoming lazy, which is not good! I havent even got a TV..... Arrrahhh!! The Rodeo was something different but the weather during the day time events was unbearable! I enyoyed the evening time, when it was cool & the music started.I danced away bare foot, kicking up the dirt like a feral country person.... hehe! I left early & was in bed for eleven, must be getting old now. The new cook were i work, called Sara, decided to wear hotpants that night & parade around & more.....! so she ended up getting the sack the next day, so i had to comfort Oliver, the other cook, whose from London, because they were kind of together. A very long story & quite glad not to be part of it, & just to have played the part of Jerry Sringer! I tried to call home again yesterday but Neely was at work so i had a quick chat to Rory before being cut short.Things sound crazy again in high melton, which had me feeling frustrated again last night.....! Its a good job im here to be honest cos i would have probably done something drastic by now! By the way- I have changed my flights everyone, so thats me home, just in time for a traditional, english christmas.Roll on next week.............! see you all when ive got something interesting to write about haaaaaa! Hi Gangreen Bald Eagle, How are you?? have you been on a date yet and did you hurt your back at the rodeo :) Im picking Lucy up in the morning, were going to visit Lyndsey in hospital.. Its not looking good.. Shes been in a coma now for 7 days with no change.. Shes had a tracheoptomy fitted to breathe.. Shes not responding to anything.. Me and lucy are gonna sit and talk to her and play some of her favourite music incase she can hear us.. Its so upsetting to see her like this.. Im surprised she didnt break her back the way she crashed!! She hit a wall sideways on at 70mph with no seatbelt on and she flew out of the passenger window onto the road.. I just want to shake her and wake her up. Dont think Lucy will take it well seeing her, It will really upset her.. Her room is just full of teddys, balloons and photos of her.. The nurses in the ICU unit are lovely though, must be such a hard job to do.. Apart from that nothings changed.. Im just sat at work as usual.. Keep me updated with your exciting travels!! Hi all! I'm still alive, i havent been bitten by a notorous Brown snake or anything like that! There was one in the garden though the other day but i didnt say anything cos it would have been sadly; hit on the head! The people out here are terrified, and thats probably got to do with the nearest hospital beeing hours away. Im still pulling 'pots of gold' behind the bar and having a yarn with the locals hehe! ...learning lots of Aussie slang as you can imagine! I got my parcel & card, Neely, & i was so excited opening it.All the goodies are just what i needeed,so thankyou sooooo much! Ive been meaning to call & speak to you & mum for a week now & i promise a phonecall will be my main priority the next time i finish early in the bar. I was going to call lastnight but guess who returned to Tambo & slightly distracted me?...The sexy physio! ...haha! We finaly struck up a conversation & i had to laugh becauuse he told me, he's been wanting to talk to me now, for the past few weeks but he kept clamming up like i did.. haha! & he made sure this time it would happen! He's coming back in two weeks so we have planned to explore Tambo! I'll make sure i hurt my back at the Rodeo this weekend hehe! Its nice to meet people who are passing through here cos it gets very boring at times. Lucky Auntie Ruth, Thats what I want to do, make sure i try skiing in NZ while im there but im not looking forward to the drastic climate change...plenty of sheep in NZ apparantly, so it wont be too difficult to find a woolly jumper! I dont expect everyone to send me presents cos i know its expensive & a pain in the butt, but thankyou very much anyway & ill be looking forward to that coming now.I cant believe the bad news about Lyndsey Jonson! how awful is that! but i can believe it, in a way, cos ive been in the car with her when shes been totally out of it, and driving like a maniac! what a waste, I hope she pulls through! I'm off to Folgaria in the Italian Alps on Friday skiing. Apparently it's snowed loads this week and it's forcast blizzards. I'm back three days then I'm off again to New York on a 6th form media studies trip - how lucky am I!! (except it's minus 16 in the daytime in New York) I bet it's a lot warmer where you are. Hi B, Lyndsey Johnson is is a bad way.. Shes crashed her car and gone through the windscreen and is in intensive care in a coma. I knew something like this would happen one day.. Just waiting to find out if she is brain damaged bless her... Really makes u think about life doesnt it.. I woke up this morning with 2 wacking coldsores so i have the face on.. Look like someone out of that programme shameless!! I refuse to go out.. I drank too much cheap vodka (£4.99 from morrisons) last night.. Mum dragged me round tesco shopping at midnight, i walked round slurring my words!!.. Just planning my next trip to Egypt so im working lots of overtime.. I get up in a morning now and ride katies horse so im not lazy laying in bed watching jeremy kyle!! Oh my god i just did the same thing as you except i only managed to send Nee. I'm so glad you two wrote to me, But as people say the message board is the best way to communicate. Brooke has alot of knowledge on the insect name thing so I usually just make mine up. I'll keep the good work up now i know i've got two fans. Big X love the common house spider!
