Day of exploring Glasgow. Started by looking for the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) and ended up going to the Glasgow Cathedral and Necropolis - the cemetery was amazing. Green overgrowth and headstones ages old and seemingly forgotten overlooking Glasgow from the top of the city.
Lunched at the Star Cafe and had chicken tikka and tea. After lunch our group met up and took the underground to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. For dinner a group of us ate at Asmman Indian Restaurant which was delicious. I had chicken pineapple curry, also some varieties of nann bread. After dinner we went to see a Scottish film based in Glasgow called Angel's Share. The film is a drama with a lot of Scottish humor-half of which I missed because I couldn't tell what the actors said- but it was still very good. Last night I was finally able to purchase my train ticket with Bahn to Germany for Sara's wedding and my plane ticket through Ryanair to Dublin for a 2 day trip-success!
